1. The rent time for the vehicle is rounded upward to half an hour. 2. The services rent car with the driver and transfer service with the cash-payment is available after been 100% pre-paid. In case additional rental hours are required the Customer should pay for each hour immediately before this required period. 3. Renter is not responsible for the belongings left in the vehicle. Discovered belongings «RentCarInMoscow» are handing to the traffic superintendent. 4. Ability to extend rental time of the particular vehicle is depends whether car is not reserved by another person or company. In case it is not possible, renter makes his utmost to provide spare car. 5. In case transfer service is ordered and duration of it is longer 4 hours transfer price is calculated as + 1 hour to the actual time of vehicle using. Meeting and/or seeing-off at the railway station is calculated at the lowest rental price rate (hourly). 6. In the meeting part of transfer services are included : meeting in the airport during the one hour starting from the ordered time and delivery to the first address in Moscow. In case of more than one hour waiting it is calculated extra time regarding using rental price rate. In the seeing-off part of transfer it is included: deliver from the every point of Moscow to the your desirable airport regardless of transfer duration time. In the case of waiting to the customer it is calculated waiting time by the rate of rental price. In the case of transfer from Moscow region (outside from Moscow) is it also calculated mileage from this place. 7. In the event that rented vehicle is in inoperative status renter must replace this car by another one with the same fully-functional vehicle or by the car from the better cost-level category. 8. In the case of vehicle in the time of renting might be damaged and during the following 30 minutes it would not be repaired renter should provide another vehicle from the similar or higher class or renter can decline the further usages of provided rental services (and renter will get money-back from unfinished services. In the case of eliminating vehicle defects by the driver during 30 minutes or in the case of replacing by another car during the rental services renting time is paused until problem will be solved. 9. All requiring payment parking, stop stations and thoroughfare are paid by renter. 10. Car decoration with the wedding ceremony is provided by renter and made by the driver. It is forbidden to use balloons , fasten decorations on antennas and other places that could worse road vision for the driver. It is forbidden to use wires, sticky tapes and other things that could damage to surface of the vehicle. 11. Renter has liability for breakage of the broken, cut or stained salon |
